A note to HR managers

For organizations with well-structured review processes, we recommend that employees and managers continue working within those established guidelines. AI can be used within your process.

Our message is that AI is a powerful tool, but it’s important to remember that it is an assistant, not a replacement. You—the manager or employee—remain 100% responsible for the content you report and communicate.
