At The Prompt, we focus on making AI actionable and accessible, especially for non-technical leaders. We focus on demystifying and educating teams and individuals to ensure that they are well-positioned to thrive in an AI-augmented workforce. While we are experienced with strategic issues, the goal is to get people up and running with AI in a way that fosters productivity and creativity. We want the people we work with to be empowered to be the internal champions who are able to step forward and lead their teams on how to integrate AI in a human-focused way.

Why this is timely for women
The research suggests that women often seek a higher level of confidence before taking on new roles and are less willing than men to "wing it". To address this tendency to embrace AI, we can encourage a growth mindset, emphasizing that AI skills can be learned through exploration and curiosity. We can reference role models who have succeeded in AI can inspire confidence. Creating supportive environments where experimentation and learning are valued is crucial. Offering mentorship and sponsorship connects women with guides and advocates.
